We collect as little as we can and keep it for as short a time as possible. Last updated 1 November 2026.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address, what you bought. Needed to send you the thing you paid for.
- Newsletter email — only if you asked for it. Unsubscribe in one click, anytime.
- Support messages — what you write to us, so we can answer.
- Payment — handled entirely by our payment processor. Card numbers never touch our servers.
Cookie and storage use
This site uses your browser’s local storage for one thing: remembering what is in your bag between visits. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and clears when you clear your browser data.
We do not run advertising pixels, cross-site trackers or session recording on this site.
How we use it
To fulfil orders, provide support, send the newsletter you asked for, and understand in aggregate which pages are read. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone except the processors needed to ship and charge an order — a payment processor and a carrier.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for seven years for tax purposes. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Support threads are deleted after two years.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EU or UK you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local authority. California residents may request disclosure or deletion under the CCPA.

Children
This store is not directed at anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we’ll note it on this page and email newsletter subscribers.
