Shipping & returns.
Everything leaves Portland, Oregon within one business day. If something isn’t right, we fix it within 30 days — and we cover the return postage.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. Orders placed before 2pm Pacific on a business day leave the studio the same day; everything else goes out the next business day.

You’ll receive a tracking link by email the moment your parcel is scanned. If tracking hasn’t moved in three business days, write to us and we’ll chase it.
Returns
Thirty days from delivery, no questions asked. Used or unused — a bottle that didn’t fit your day is a bottle we’d rather have back.
- Start a return by emailing hello@serein.studio with your order number.
- We send a prepaid US return label; return postage is on us.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of arrival.
- Bundles must be returned complete — all bottles in the set.
Warranty
Every bottle carries a one-year warranty on the cap and seal. If your cap stops closing flat or the seal fails under normal use, we replace the part — or the bottle — at no cost.
The matte finish is not covered against cosmetic wear from handling, which is expected and, we think, part of the object ageing well.
Damaged or missing orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking says delivered but nothing is there, email us within 14 days with your order number and a photo if you have one. We’ll ship a replacement immediately and sort the claim out with the carrier ourselves.
