Terms of sale.
The short version: we sell you a bottle, we ship it fast, and if it isn’t right you send it back within 30 days. The longer version is below. Last updated 1 November 2026.
Who we are
Serein Studio, a business operating from Portland, Oregon, United States. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Serein Studio; “you” refers to the person placing an order.
Orders
An order is an offer. It becomes a contract when we send a shipping confirmation. If we can’t fulfil an order — sold out, pricing error, suspected fraud — we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Pricing and payment
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at the moment you order is the price you pay.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. If the address is wrong or incomplete, we’ll help where we can but cannot refund a parcel delivered to the wrong place.
Returns
You may return an order within 30 days of delivery for a refund, used or unused, provided the bottle is not damaged beyond normal use. Return postage is covered for US orders. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of arrival at our studio.
Warranty
The bottle carries a one-year warranty against defects in the cap and seal. The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, accidental damage, or use outside the care instructions. Our liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the affected product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Intellectual property
The site, its text and its imagery belong to Serein Studio. You may share links and quote short passages with credit; you may not resell or reproduce the contents commercially without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States. Any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts sitting in Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page when you order.
